Helpful Tips When Shipping To Us
Many times we can get you a better price on shipping than the UPS store. So call or email us before you pay for shipping on your own. In cases we have have saved customers half the cost. We never up-charge to profit on shipping charges.
For a Shipping quote via email, please send the following:
-shipping from address (Local Ups Store you will drop off to)
-exact box dimensions
-weight.
-how much to insure for

If possible stick with UPS! Fedex & USPS is not our first choice to ship guitars.
-Always insure! (if your package was lost or damaged what would it cost to replace the guitar?)
-Include your contact information in the case
-Always down tune 1 step
-We usually let the guitar sit in the shop 24 hours before opening to acclimate to our temperature and not shock the wood, we will call you once we inspect.
-Write "Top" or "This Side Up" on the box
-Put the label on top of box, not the bottom (this happened before)
