We are your Martin Authorized Service Center!
For years we were not a Martin Service center. From the early years when Mike Marshall was running the shop full time, he always said to become a Martin service center we would have to fly out to Nazareth and take some courses. whether it was old man luthier talk or true, we never had the time. Besides, we stayed busy enough with Martin repairs from our clients already. But just few years back a sales representative for Martin guitars came in and wanted Barrett to refret one of his personal guitars. Once he saw the completed refret, he insisted Martin make us one of their Warranty Service Centers. Our work spoke for itself and the rep was willing to put his neck on the line for us! Now we have other shops shipping their Martin warranty repairs to us from all over. Martin is one of our favorite manufacturers to work with. They really care about the guitars they are producing and stand behind them.
If you are need of a warranty repair just make sure your guitar has been registered. You may have taken care of this already when you purchased the guitar. If not, Martin has an option on their website to register. You do not need an appointment with us. Just come by anytime during normal hours to drop off your guitar. We will handle the process for you and call you once your guitar is ready for pickup. We make the warranty process stress free for you.
Did you know you could void your Martin Limited Lifetime Warranty if you have work performed by someone that is not a Martin Authorized Service Center? We didn't either until we saw our first warranty repair denied by Martin. All because the client had prior binding work attempted by another shop that did not go as planned. Even if your warranty has been voided, we can still do the proper repair for you. The only difference is, whether Martin will pay for the repair or will the client. Read the link below to Martin's FAQ section that tells you all about your warranty and what could void it.

Our work is guaranteed! Don't risk just anyone toying with your guitar.
True story.... we had a music store very close to us ;) ruin a Martin due to their employee "installing" a basic strap button. Needless to say the music store had to purchase said customer a new Martin Guitar when the client attached his strap to it. Careful not to let "just anyone" drill into your guitar.
Some of the most frequently seen warranty issues are Lifting Pickguards & Binding separating from the guitar.
