New Guitar Not Playing Right?
If you have recently bought a new guitar, the best time for a setup is right now. While setups are not typically covered under warranty by any manufacturer, this is the time to go ahead and have a setup performed so that we can go over the guitar with a fine tooth comb and catch any defects or issues right away. This will save you a headache later down the road and most of those issues are covered fully by the manufacturer within the first year and some beyond a year. If you have a warranty issue please bring a copy of the original sales receipt. Having a faulty jack replaced is much easier than returning the instrument to the place it was purchased, especially if that return requires shipping the instrument. Stop by or call if you have questions about issues you may be having. Remember the sooner the better since some guitar manufacturers only have the first year under warranty.
